The happy hour that runs from 3pm to 7pm is great. The service and atmosphere is good and the food is tasty. I would highly recommend the lychee cocktail.

We purchased the Valentine's Special. It was what you expect form a special purchase the only thing that was great about the whole experience was The Host at the door and the Seater this saved the experience and you should give the 2 ladies that were on the door that night a raise so polite to everyone that arrived and left the restaurant. Once we were seated we were allocated a waitress she didn't explain how the special offer worked we figured it out by asking her. We bought drinks after we ordered and asked for table water which came after our meal. While waiting for our food we had 3 runners bring us food that was not ours which we politely said not us. We ordered Garlic Bread, Fettuccine and the Chicken Burger, upon each dish we didn't receive any napkins or cutlery we had to ask 3 times. The food was very bland and very top heavy there was nothing to break the richness of the Fettuccine as it was very thick and the chips for the burger tasted like the fryer oil hadn't being changed for at least 2 weeks. Ultimately there was a lot left on the plate. We won't be recommending or returning again it was a experience saved by great Front Entrance service well done to those girls.

It is loud, you can’t hear wait staff of yourself think. Food is overpriced and poor quality. Pizzas thinly topped for what you pay. Tables and floor area dirty and dated

Always great. The fish and chips is some of the best going around. Wine by the glass is reasonably priced and the view overlooking Darling Harbour was perfect for fireworks.

Staff were wonderful and attentive, food was delicious however the music was extremely loud and it made it hard to hear the company I was with. Even if this is more of a club style setting, our booking was for 6:30pm which seems early enough to skip any loud music

Food was delicious and the view was amazing however the ambience was let down by the lack lustre service from one of your waitresses on taking our initial drink orders.

Not as I remembered it at all. The place was a mess and dirty, nothing matched the pictures online, and it was generally just a nightmare. The staff were really lovely though which helped soften the blow.
