Views were fabulous. Food was good. Service to organise reservation was terrible. 6 x phone calls required to confirm reservation and payment. And when the party arrived they were told there was no reservation for them!

Good view and service, food taste is good but variety could be improved.

I booked for high tea - and thought I would get a selection served to my table - instead it was a buffet, without any explanation from the waiters. also I got 'thrown out' after 1,5 hours - but that wasn't explained to me up front!? I was told I could sit in the bar - but the bar wasnt open, and it was not a cosy place to end the experience...

The drinks were served in pint glasses and we had to get up and go to a “mini bar” every time we wanted a drink. Food was nice, the scones were great. Service (or lack of) was slow but they sped up when they wanted payment, 30 minutes before our booking was to end. Bar shut early also. Wouldn’t recommend. Better bottomless places to go.

It was a mystery as to how people got tea. Some people had it but it wasnt explained how/where we ordered it. I didnt have any but was happy with my sparkling wine. Staff was attentive. The jam and cream could have been closer to the scones as i was un aware of it exisitance Till too late. It was an awesome experience. The food was amazing.

Anna Polyviou’s High Tea at Blu Bar is spectacular. Beautifully presented and delicious. The Veuve and the view make it a perfect combination of sensory pleasure.

We were blown away by the food and drinks on offer. So many delicious, wonderful choices for everyone. The service was as real credit to the organisation. This food was mind blowingly AMAZING and I'm so glad we had the chance to indulge in it.

Food was amazing. Would be nice with just a little extra in variety but nonetheless it was fantastic. The staff were very attentive and serviced us well.
