2.5/10This was the worst possible service we have received We waited for and hour and half before the starters turned up. The cleanliness was also really poor. When giving feedback, the lady at reception was not really concerned about it. Would not recommend it to anyone I know. Over priced for the service and food quality.

8.5/10The food here is always great, one of the few restaurants worth traveling across town for. The trick is to order way too much so that you have left overs. Ordering just too much is no good as you’ll just end up eating it all at the restaurant. Fortunately it is all very well priced so ordering an extra dish or two isn’t a problem.

6.5/10It was a little spoiled by the service (food took a long time to come out and their trainee gave us food meant for others instead of ours when it did come) BUT the food was really good. Would absolutely try it again.

8.5/10I have dined at Bollywood many times and have never had a bad meal - the food is the best Indian cuisine in Canberra - and this visit was no exception. The only slight complaint I have is on this occasion the service was uncharacteristically slow - the food was spectacular though!

2.5/10The restaurant was not busy with 2 waitresses. The kitchen needs to up their performance. It took 45 mins to get tandoori prawn entree which was over cooked. Two other groups of 4 and 6 that were seated after we had ordered got their complete meals before us. We had to ask for our mains, the waitress was polite said she would make it a priority. The kitchen staff should prepare meals in the order they are taken. The mixed vegetables in coconut curry was ordinary and probably was frozen mixed vegetables from the taste. The barramundi curry was not very warm when served.

6.5/10Not as good an experience as previous occasions. Absent when we needed service repeatedly. Nice enough tho.

9/10Food is amazing great flavours, service was good very friendly staff. Like many places they seemed short staffed cos it did take a while to get our drinks and the entrees came out with the mains. Disappointing but if you’re not in a hurry I would definitely recommend.

9.5/10Best Indian around. This is my local Indian place but I would travel for it. The eggplant and butter chicken are to die for. Butter naan are also amazing. The samosas are also not to miss but they are huge so expect to be taking some home! Lovely ambience and lovely owners. Good can’t be beat. You won’t regret it.

5/10We had to wait 90 mins for our food. They were really short staffed & should have the courtesy to tell us that the wait for food would be long. The temperature in the restaurant was really cold & had to ask waitress a few times to increase the temperature

8.5/10The food at the restaurant was excellent , we appreciated being able to bring our own wine and the staff were pleasant. However we had to wait too long to be served our second course, mainly because staff were so busy dealing with take-away orders, which was disappointing and a pity as the food was delicious.

8/10The menu offered several types of 'street food' that I'd never tasted before. Everything was delicious and I'll definitely be eating there again.

9.5/10Arjan is the perfect discrete host. He looks after guests well and can make adjustments to numbers / dietary requirements easily. The quality of food is excellent but not too spicy. I need to ask for a bowl of chillies to spice to up further.

10/10Excellent Indian cuisine in the heart of Kingston. Arjan is the perfect host who is happy to add chillies or adjust heat to suit. The entree are a particular delight.
