Excellent
Beautiful atmosphere and decor on the rooftop. The main was not as impressive as the starters. We ordered the 55 set menu, didn't like the sardines and thought the pork fat needed more crisping but every other starter including the extra scallop and montadito dishes were great.
Bomba was absolutely incredible. The staff were beyond friendly and made us feel so relaxed and welcomed. First experience going out after lockdown and so glad we chose Bomba. Food was delicious, drinks were great and service was impeccable. Thank you so much!!
Food are sooo good and the price is reasonable. Staffs are very friendly and service are great. Would highly recommend to my friends
Amazing food, service and Covid friendly venue! We enjoyed the $55 set menu - great value. Can’t wait to go back again. Would highly recommend!!!
I love Bomba. It has consistently attentive but relaxed service, tasty, interesting food, great wine and charming atmosphere. We usually come here in the evening, but the lunch deal is great value and the perfect amount of food.
Staff were excellent and accommodating. They kept the kitchen open for us. We were a table of 4. Food was adventurous and interesting. Will definitely recommend for a group dinner.
Great service in the heart of the CBD. Our waitress was extremely professional. Menu is adventurous and interesting.
Fabulous food, complimentary sparkling wine (never had this before) and a very good wine list with wines in all price brackets.
Great food & service ! only hiccup being asked to go upstairs for drink first while table organised when we had table booked (& arrived on time) - I know places do this but I just find it annoying & we were there to eat not drink upstairs on their rooftop - would definitely return though as once downstairs everything was great! vegans catered for beautifully & non vegans just as happy - delicious tapas to share & yummy sweets :)
Great food great service and great vibe! Will definitely visit again!
This was a special event and the food was good. They paired with Pastuso to give us a mix of Spain and Peru. We enjoyed the event and will be back to Bomba and Pastuso for more experiences.
We were there for a special event with Pastuso. The event was great.
Workers Lunch still one of the best value meals on Melbourne.
Great food and paella ! But horrible service and attitude from the waiters. Good thing the night was saved by how delicious the food was, it made up for the lack of service
Excellent food and service, always a solid choice
The service team were amazing!! Looked after us so well!! And great recommendations on the croqueta
Good for a business lunch. A few items were a little cold but overall pretty good.
Food was great - really tasty. Our waiter was unusually helpful. We had some difficult dietary needs - Bomba negotiated them well and the waiter remembered the issues and, where a dish wasn't appropriate for a diner, reminded them of that.
Great menu, wonderful Tapas. Would highly recommend. Food and wine list was excellent
The food is excellent, the restaurant is very comfortable.

Bombs away...
Come Friday night, or any night for that matter, Bomba is buzzing. This casual Spanish tapas bar and rooftop offers two hotly contested sittings a night, with a handful of tables reserved for walk-ins. But don't bank on snapping up one of these tables, they're often snatched up well before cocktail hour. So don’t be tardi. Owners Jesse and Vanessa Gerner describe Bomba as a Spanish workers' caff, which in the local context means a frolicsome party joint with a traditional parade of small eats - and the people of Melbourne are loving it! The low lights, loud tunes, cherry coloured cane light shades and blackboard wine list that says “drink up” reinforces the laid back party vibe that Bomba has got going, and the roar of a full house only adds to the upbeat atmosphere of the venue. Get stuck into a lamp chop with sheep’s yoghurt sauce and you will really be feeling the love for Bomba. If you're not already.
