Fabulous
When ordering the meals for the table it was explained that some of the orders were entrée orders but were to be served with the main meals. This did not happen, the entrees came first and the balance of the mains over 20 minutes later. Unfortunately the moment was spoiled.
The Bribie RSL is the best club in the Moreton Region. Their member specials are the best value. The ambience is superb and the Social Cafe is rated tops by our "fur baby".
Ordered Marinated Thai beef salad virtually no beef and flavourless.Noisy group next to us did not add to the experience. Hope things improve or we wont continue going to this venue.
Love Wednesday Steak night, food was delicious, free garlic bread if you order before 6pm. Great prices and selections of drinks. did not have to wait long for food to come.
Garlic pizza (yummy - recommended!) should be served with side plates as it drips grease. Too much oil on the medallions and gnocci (swimming in it, it was) but otherwise quite delicious.
It would be greatly appreciated if something could be done about the annoying flies, constantly hovering around our food and drinks . This is not the first time we have experienced this.......the last time one actually was floating in my red wine and when I brought it back to the bar they just discarded it without apologizing !!!!
Bribie Island RSL is one of my favourite venues. The food is always exceptional, and the service is always friendly, polite and professional. I had grilled barramundi and my husband had gnocchi cooked in truffle oil, both meals were delicious. Dress is smart casual. There's always some entertainment happening and a relaxed, fun atmosphere. This visit we were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary and we were welcomed warmly by staff. On being escorted to our table we found a happy anniversary balloon and cupcake waiting. I've lived on Bribie for 31 years and seen the RSL grow bigger and brighter yet never lose that friendly Bribie cheer.
Great restuarant. Seating, food quality and quantity was exceptional. Lighting on the terrace could be a bit brighter. Apart from that 5 star all around.
The Bribie Island RSL is great value for money the food is good size and tasty and well placed on plate. There are good surroundings and friendly staff. There are clean facilities for use and very covid friendly. We love going here on regular basis.
Being a member of the Bribie RSL Club, has its benefits, I/2 price meals on Tuesday & Thursday, Lunch & Dinner in their dining Room. Good selection on their Blackboard. Always good value,
As usual we were delighted with everything about our Lunchtime visit to Bribie RSL today. They went out of their way to seat us where we prefer to sit. Our meals were delicious and we will keep on coming over to Bribie RSL for a wholesome meal in happy surroundings.
The meal was luke warm, a bit disappointed this time. The veg lacked flavour as if they had been stewing in warm water. Not the usual high quality we have become used to.
The meals were excellent quality and the club itself is very nice. The only negative I would have with the meals, and this is being picky, we had the linguine with crab and prawn and it was quite small for the price. The other meals, entree's and mains, were really good value. But I would definitely recommend and return. Barry
Botanic Dining at Bribie RSL was an unexpected surprise. It was a lovely meal and very had to pick from the extensive menu. Staff were lovely and we had a lovely evening. Will certainly be returning to sample those other menu options.
Every was fine except the vegetables served with my T. Bone steak. I believe they were frozen veg out of a packet. My wife's meal had fresh brocolini. I would have preferred fresh vegetables cooked well with my meal,
The food was very nice and the service, though a little slow at the register was very professional. The noise level was very high near our table. Unfortunately this upset our occassion.
Had the entree souffle and it was tiny, burnt and flat. Vey disappointed. Waitress offered to take back to kitchen but I didn't want a fuss In truth it should never have Left the kitchen. Also ordered the Prawn Hotpot which as usual was delicious and perfectly cooked and saved the day????
The meal was delivered quickly but everything was warm, at best. some of the food was cool. The potatoes were only partly cooked and could not be regarded as roasted.
Staff and service were great but the food on my plate was disappointing. I was lucky enough to get the last piece of 400g rump steak. I had 3 portions on my plate, and it looked like they had to use off cuts to make up the 400g and it looked terrible. Disappointing.
This restaurant was very nicely presented. Service was good. Staff is very friendly and happy to explain dishes. It was a bit slow to get a main for my parents fir some reason. Dishes were presented very nice. Pizza is the best we had. Meat was nicely done. Spatchcock was disappointing. More like boiled and tasteless.

Something for everyone As you might expect from an RSL club, this is the place to be for general unwinding and good food and drinks with friends. Bribie Island RSL Club offers special areas in the venue; whether you feel like a quiet drink or a hearty meal, you can’t go wrong here. Breezy, airy rooms and friendly staff make for easy enjoyment. Choose from the Barcode Café, a slick and bubbly room with delicious cakes and coffees; or the Barcode Bar for a saucy cocktail or two with free live music and a busy wine list. Afterwards make your way over to Botanic Dining where you can enjoy a well-priced menu featuring Tasmanian salmon, oven baked lamb rack, or chermoula and yoghurt basted chicken breast. A well-maintained carvery ensures a homely meal for those wanting more simple fare and there are daily specials. Fabulous for functions and events, the fresh and bright surrounds are tasteful and modern. Trivia nights on Mondays are a huge hoot and popular with the locals, so come on down and jump right in! Best dish: Char Sui (marinated pork)
