The selection and variety of the menu was interesting. I did enjoy my meal but it wasn’t in line with the hype that’s been happening around this restaurant. Although I enjoyed my meal, I probably wouldn’t come here again.

The strength of the restaurant would certainly be the drinks menu, not the food.

lack of appreciation for their customers, long waits for meals even though they weren't busy, substituted my main meal without even checking in with me, the steak was chewy and grisly. TERRIBLE

Good for large parties with sharing plates. Service can be a bit slow, so not good for quick or pre theatre meals

About Bourbon Street

Southern hospitality Put on your best southern drawl and prepare your taste buds for a serious flavour onslaught. Bourbon Street pays homage to the Southern diners of Louisiana and New Orleans - with plenty of Southern hospitality a rich creole-inspired menu, a decadent drinks list, a quirky dining space and a breezy homestead-style alfresco area this is ideal resto for a casual catch up or a lazy Sunday session. The menu brings the flavours of the south with a menu featuring plenty of smoky, slow cooked and deep fried options - the sticky BBQ ribs and buttermilk biscuit fried chicken are always crowd pleasers. And for dessert? Well, it doesn't get much better than the Louisiana pecan pie with double cream. Digest while listening to Chalkie (the in house musician) bang out a few tunes on the piano. Best Dish: buttermilk fried chicken.
