George Tsimpidis

Born in Sparta, George worked in local tavernas whilst honing his skill at the Culinary Art School of Heraklion, before moving into fusion-Greek cooking. For many years George was Head Chef for chartered yachts in the Mediterranean. Finally in Greece, George worked for a boutique hotel in his hometown of Monemvasia. Bringing this wealth of experience with him, George has recently moved with his young family to become the cornerstone of the Brika dining experience with his unique cooking style.

We were so impressed with the food and service. Lovely and very warm atmosphere. I love Greece and honestly felt as if we went back to Greece for one evening. Thanks to everyone at Brika!

Brilliant!!! We were lucky enough to have booked on their 5th birthday so the atmosphere was extra special with live music and customers Greek dancing in the restaurant and out on the street. A wonderful lunch. We love this restaurant

Brika's 5th Birthday Celebration was wonderful. Everyone - Staff and Guests alike looked happy. The food was exceptional, the entertainment was great and the Staff were all lovely. Thank you for a marvellous lunch!

As always, had a great meal with well cooked, flavourful lamb & chicken, punchy salad (salt cod & grapefruit) and a flavour packed cake to round off the night. Will be back for sure.

The greek salad was not freshly made and the bread in it was frozen. The squid was cold. I would recommend that you dine outside as it is very noisy inside.

Our last Vegan Odyssey was an absolute success. Vegans of Perth came together to celebrate good food, Greek cooking, and the vegan way of life. And it was spectacular! Chef George Tsimpidis has created yet another incredible multi-course Vegan dinner that will delight both vegans and flexitarians. We request that you provide your credit card details to secure your reservation with full pre-payment of $59 per person. If you fail to show up, number decrease or cancel without at least 48 hours notice, your payment will become non-refundable. Please note, large group bookings will likely be seated in our alfresco area (covered with heaters). Bookings of 5 or more are for 2 hours, bookings up to 4 people are for 1.5 hours.
