George Tsimpidis

Born in Sparta, George worked in local tavernas whilst honing his skill at the Culinary Art School of Heraklion, before moving into fusion-Greek cooking. For many years George was Head Chef for chartered yachts in the Mediterranean. Finally in Greece, George worked for a boutique hotel in his hometown of Monemvasia. Bringing this wealth of experience with him, George has recently moved with his young family to become the cornerstone of the Brika dining experience with his unique cooking style.

We enjoyed a delicious meal at Brika with great service. There was a really buzzy atmosphere for a Thursday night, and there were lots of vegetarian and pescatarian options on the menu which meant that my partner and I both easily found dishes we wanted to try.

A Vegan Odyssey IV

Our last Vegan Odyssey was an absolute success. Vegans of Perth came together to celebrate good food, Greek cooking, and the vegan way of life. This is the final one for the year! Chef George Tsimpidis has created yet another incredible multi-course Vegan dinner that will delight both vegans and flexitarians. We request that you provide your credit card details to secure your reservation with full pre-payment of $59 per person. If you fail to show up, number decrease or cancel without at least 48 hours notice, your payment will become non-refundable. Please note, large group bookings will likely be seated in our alfresco area (covered with heaters). Bookings of 5 or more are for 2 hours, bookings up to 4 people are for 1.5 hours.
