About Brio Pyrmont

Tapas with a twist Just around the corner from The Star casino and the Lyric Theatre is Brio, a charming modern-fusion tapas bar. It’s ideal if you’re waiting for a show or feeling a bit peckish – the share plates are generous and affordable, and the service is fast and friendly. Brio is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as for drinks if you’re in the mood for a quick tipple after work. It’s all about sharing at this joint so get ready to stock up on tapas like smoked chorizo, pork belly, seared scallops, wagyu mini burgers, zucchini fries and mushroom and truffle arancini. There’s also a six-dish banquet but you’ll find it hard to stop at only six! Still a bit hungry? Brio also offers main-sized meals like pizzas and salads, as well as a few delectable desserts. The restaurant is BYO, but it’s definitely worth getting a jug of the tangy red wine sangria or trying one of their signature ’52 Harris’ cocktails. It’s a great place to meet with friends before hitting up the casino or wandering around the harbour, but be warned, you may not want to leave! Best dish: Crispy skin pork belly
