Food and service was great. The thing that disappointed me was when I went to pay I was advised that I needed proof that I booked via The fork. Why would I need to show any documentation to prove this. I explained that Brunellis should have confirmation not me but the guy I was dealing with wouldn’t have it. So because of this unfortunately I won’t return nor would I recommend this place.

Needs renovations. Seating not comfortable, wobbly tables fixed with paper underneath legs. Very strict on discount and unless you order dessert with dinner then it wasn’t discounted. Overall food is good but not amazing. Large serving sizes.

Service was good and friendly, and the food came out quickly and was piping hot. It was a quiet night being aMonday however with most Cafe restaurants very noisy with chatter. Overall enjoyed the wine pasta and schnitzel surf and turf and definitely going back. Picked up the “key ring “ deal $5 for unlimited $2 coffees and discounts

Food is a bit overprice for Italian and rather average recipes. Very noisy place due to echo of wooden floors. Very busy and rather large serves for the limited range of dishes. Ok for a quick dinner but not very classy venue.

    1. Staff could not find booking in book although online booking had been confirmed. 2. Were told house bread had run out although some was delivered later to other tables. 3. Wine bottles were not opened for us including sparkling wine, glasses left in ice bucket which was dumped on table. 4. Menus were left stacked on the table for ten persons for an hour after ordering. 5. Three meals specifically with garlic had minimal taste of garlic. 6. Were embarrassed for our international visitors. 7. Will not come again. Appears that since change of management service has deteriorated.

We were a group of four in for an early dinner. Service was prompt and courteous. All four of us had different versions of chicken salads, with the pear and walnut with haloumi chicken salad the standout. Generous servings. Will definitely visit again

I was really disappointed with my meal. It was vitello de casa. The beef was dry and it did not taste like authentic italian

I booked for a group of 10 and most were very satisfied with their meals (I certainly was). The two people who ordered the bacon and egg crepes weren't all that impressed with their dishes though - didn't look all that great to me either. The wait staff were great. So friendly and helpful. The only suggestions for improvement I can offer are that the wait staff check by the table every now and then to see if any thing else is required. I understand they're busy but it was hard to get their attention for extra drinks. A quick stop at the table would have resulted in extra sales for drinks. The other is that if they had stopped by and asked if anyone was interested in the dessert menu, I think they would have had some extra sales if they had.
