Buon Gusto is not as good as it used to be. The menu is less varied, the portions less generous, and the prices higher.
Great little place - wonderful food and a good atmosphere. Highly recommend - we'll be heading back there soon!
Food was flavoursome, and was overall a delightful experience!
Excellent venue for dining before attending a show at Carriageworks/
We used the 50% off promo, which made it reasonable value. Wouldn’t go back and pay full price. Menu was quite basic. Very small serving for the crab ravioli. Staff were friendly and the service was good.
Gnocchi was dried out and chewy - clearly not cooked fresh but reheated from some previous occasion. Likewise panfried potatoes served with it - hard and chewy and clearly reheated from a previous occasion. I was charged $24 for this largely inedible meal. Not impressed.
Very warm and friendly atmosphere
We had starters, main, dessert and wine so really would normally be about $35 per head... food is super authentic and delicious! Have already booked to come back with friends and my parents for two different catch ups over the coming weeks!!
Used to be a great restaurant when Alfredo owned it. Now it's just another pasta/pizza joint.
A nice friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Good value for money. Been going there for about 15 years and don’t live in the area.
Would recommend to anyone wanting friendly courteous service, great flavours and quality ingredients. This is the second time we have eaten here and will be back. A hidden gem....
The food is good, but a bit pricey. Service excellent - we ate early and were the only group in the restaurant. However, I will not dine there again and not recommend it because they don’t split bills. It would have been easy - we had done the maths, $80 per couple. An at-table ATM, but the maître d' would NOT accept separate cards.... and nothing anywhere to say why. Ridiculous these days. Think of the dinosaurs...
One of our favourite Italian restaurants, very friendly and welcoming service. The food is always up to standard and staff always ensuring how we like our dishes to come out. Food is very tasty, having specials on everyday to try something new if you become a regular :) We will be back!
Quick and easy before show at carriageworks
great Italian food :))
The food and wine were both good except the mussels were not clean..
Food was excellent. As the restaurant can be very busy make a booking. The restaurant is located close to Carriageworks.
One dish not clearly described; otherwise food very good; close to theatre; friendly professional staff
An irrelevant review as, when we arrived, there was no record of Dimmi booking, so we had to eat elsewhere
A lovely relaxing atmosphere.
