Service is always a bit slow, although the ladies are always smiling and lovely to speak too. We went for high tea for a baby shower and it was lovely. Good food, amazing selection of tea and good views.

We were given a gift voucher which asked us to ring a phone number to book. I became very frustrated when my several attempts to do so produced no return phone calls until I emailed the Realm. It makes no sense to be told to ring and give the voucher number to make a booking when that is impossible. It turns out that giving my credit card on line was the ONLY way to book. This did cloud our visit but we enjoyed the High Tea especially the savoury items. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

A lovely place for an occasion - food and staff were fantastic. The only drawback was the noise - it’s a very noisy venue due to the high number of hard surfaces.

This was given as a gift for our 25th Wedding Anniversary the food was delicious and the staff were lovely. I have already recommended to someone else for her birthday and this will be our go to place for special events.

Quality and quantity of food was excellent. My only criticism was the noise, there were a few hens groups on the day my friend and I went, we found ourselves yelling to each other to be heard.

Was our first High Tea. It was amazing food and terrific service. Would highly recommend.

The room was very noisy. The cake selection was too repetitive with chocolate. Cheese cake, lemon slice and lemon or orange cake would have been appreciated. The scones were over cooked. The jam for the scones was too runny.

Over crowded. High Tea tiers were mass produced and highly likely some was pre frozen. The waiter said so much about tea and yet knew nothing. The tea was not hot enough (I would say from standing around). It was loud and impersonal. The fuss was made more over the 'showers' and less over the smaller groups.
