Nice ambience, food ok. But service? Maybe not. We ordered a 1 kg steak and being told that it comes with two sides and three sauces. At the end we get charged for the sauce and the Asian floor manager said he just “offered” us to have three sauces but they aren’t free and he walked away when we are actually trying to settle the bill. That’s very interesting, as I am being “offered” something that completely charged on me. Well it’s not that expensive, just a few sauces but his attitude definitely ruin the night and that’s my husband birthday that night.

We were greeted and sat at our table, then no one came to see us for over 10 minutes. After that I had to chase a waiter to order drinks. All 2 of the Sav Blanc Bottles of wine on the menu were unavailable. So we chose a Riesling which was also unavailable. The rather expensive steak was served and they hadn't replaced our cutlery. Our steak was not cooked Med/Rare as asked, but was grey. Not good enough for a fairly expensive restaurant . Predominantly the waiters had little knowledge of the Wine/Food Menu and were very un-attentive. The manager gave us a discount of 20% which was good. I don't like complaining about service, but was ultimately left very disappointed when leaving .

Terrible and slow service, received the wrong steak meal to our table and then tried to charge us for the most expensive steak on the menu. They gave us complimentary dessert vouchers to apologise which were expired in October2019- our visit was in Nov2019!!!

Overly priced for one piece of bread ($3 p/p). Staff are not attentive to the customers who are sitting inside the tram, we need to ask for a jar of water, ordering, drinks and cutlery (tired!!) Drinks are also another shocking items, $7 for a small bottle of "juice" Not coming back for a big group. The only tick is that tram setting which my children are fancy about

Food & venue was great. It was a quiet Monday night with about 40% of tables used. The staff ratio was good... but we still couldn’t get service. Took forever to get someone to take dessert & coffee order then took an age to get bill & pay. It was a friends birthday so the the lack of service was disappointing

Breakfast was nice but I thought it was a little overpriced for what we got. Service was quite fast and I like that they are family friendly.

Have been here before but this time was a bit of a let down. Chicken breast main was lacking flavour and was tough however, on the plus side the Wagyu burger was really good. I was a little disappointed that we had specified in our booking that we were celebrating a birthday and no mention was made to acknowledge that.

Food was wonderful, service was great. Such a lovely restaurant and dining experience. The only downside was that the food came out so quickly, our date night was over in under an hour! I would recommend just spacing meals out so that it feels a bit less rushed.
