Seemed a little under staffed, placing orders of drinks or food took a long time. Otherwise a good experience though, we will be back and will recommend to others.

Only 1 person taking orders and the same person was also doing drinks. Long queue for ordering. Too much leafy mix on the salads. We had reserved a table but they weren’t interested and stuck us in a walkway. They don’t know how to make a macchiato.

The place is nicely furnished. A couple of dishes were good. Staff (Apart from one) did not really look enthusiastic about providing the best customer service that they could. The place has potential.

Even though Dimmi reminded us 3 times about our book they didn't have it. No apology, it was as if it was our fault for booking it online and he seemed very put out. He seated us after shuffling with some tables and then forgot to give us a table number, which caused us a problem when we ordered our food. He didn't explain the system, we were left to sort that out ourselves. Our food arrived quickly, I had steak which was actually quite good, my friend had a warm chicken Caesar salad which was not good. It was presented really badly,as if it had been thrown together , no love. The croutons were big bits of a roll, the lettuce was limp, he eventually found one small sliver of bacon and the chicken was dry. The waitress who delivered our meals didn't even ask who was having what, she just plonked them on the table. A waitress tried to take away plates while we finishing our garlic bread. All the staff we dealt with seemed tired and irritated. Not a nice experience for New Years Eve.
