Over priced. Drinks when they came very expensive. Food was only acceptable. Was presented with the bill after only 30 minutes of being in the place. Very very disappointing. I would not choose this seafood buffet. Such a poor representation of the Shangri La group. Spend a bit extra and dine in Altitude.

The service started of very good then started to get worst the second hour. The cold seafood selection is very good and desserts amazing. The hot food area could be improved but the big prawns were very delicious.

Not enough range of food for the buffet, although the seafood section was above average. Place is crowded with families, so was a bit noisier than expected.

On 17th November 2018 me and my partner went to the buffet special. We where welcome very nice while walking thought to our table. The seafood was the main attraction with a lot of varieties but the hot food was very limited compare to the other buffet around Sydney. Throughout it was a very wonderfull dinner.

Very disappointing, unless you only intend to eat the seafood don't waste your time and money coming here, I've had better food from takeaway and fast food restaurants.

Queuing system for buffet caused unnecessary congestion.

We had lunch there for my hubby’s milestone birthday. The serving staff, Elisha and Ruffa, were both very warm & attentive. Most esp., Elisha, I didn’t expect her to offer to assist bringing my plates from the buffet to our assigned table. Even the maitre d, Sianto, tried his best to accommodate our initial request for the corner Table #1. We didn’t get Table #1, but after we sat down to our assigned table, he offered to transfer us to an alternate table, closer to Table #1. But since we started our meal already, we declined. We appreciate the effort, though. Maybe for next yr, pls bring back the rellenong bangus (stuffed milkfish), the inihaw na liempo (grilled pork belly), the Laing (taro leaves stewed in coconut cream), Arroz Valenciana (our version of the paella), the sweet beans & minatamis na Saba (sweetened plantain banana) for the halo-halo, more Philippine fruits, and some tea at the coffee bar. The birthday wishes were also a surprise. Thank you.
