Best Gnocchi in Sydney!!
Loved the food! Good quality and fast service
This is a regular for me now, I show case to my friends and recommend to be people constantly. It is consistent with its outstanding food and customer service.
Caffe Roma is absolutely fabulous. very authentic Italian with a cool vibe and the pizza and pasta are insane. Would recommend to anyone! A fabulous feature is the butchers paper and drawing crayons which add a light touch and are a quirky, fun thing to have.
Friendly but professional service. Good food and very generous portions.
Lovely and romantic
Husbands meal came..he was finished by time mine came..had to ask twice where mine was...management did right thing by not charging..but I think my meal had been totally forgotten..not sure if it was correctly put together once they knew it needed to be presented..we will return at some.e stage tho because food was nice and management acted appropriately..
Pricey for rather simple Italian food. Great position and atmosphere. Staff were very attentive though mains were brought out individually in a way that the first few were cold before the last arrived.
The only way we could make a reservation to celebrate my fiancé's birthday was through The Fork, everything was submitted successfully but we showed up to the booking with the restaurant informing us they have no such information of our special reservation. We did not get good service and had to prove that we booked with The Fork, at the end all they could say was "It was not showing up for the day" and that it was The Fork's miscommunication with their system. I contacted The Fork about the situation hoping to get a resolution after a disappointing night especially for a birthday only for them to put the blame back on the restaurant and shrugging their shoulders saying there was nothing else they could do. I am still waiting to hear from The Fork on a proper resolution to this issue. On such a special occasion, I am left disappointed and under valued as a customer. And I am not confident of The Fork's booking service anymore especially with their poor followup of customer service. I will not be recommending this service to my friends and family.
Wonderful food, substantial portion sizes, fantastic personal service - I can't believe we hadn't been before - we'll definitely be back.
Food is very good, atmosphere, service and friendliness of staff impeccable
Great food and decor highly recommendable and will be back
Very personal service as always and great atmosphere!
Sat inside where it was cold. Should have sat outside under a heater. The pasta was pretty tasty although the pizza lacked a bit of flavour and the base was toot thin and not doughy.
Lovely cozy restaurant, great food. We will be back.
Great atmosphere friendly staff huge pizza
Thank you! Absolutely fantastic, can't wait to dine again
9 Kellett Street, 2011, Potts Point, Australia
Caffe Roma is a Sydney landmark and its longevity points to its many charms – in fact it’s been operating for more than 30 years in the leafy, historic Kellett Street in Potts Point. Caffe Roma is one of Sydney’s original Italian restaurants and this culinary Sydney icon has served many people throughout the years from Australia and all over the world set in surrounds featuring an eclectic mix of restaurants, nightclubs and residential apartments. Throughout the years Caffe Roma has been a regular meeting place for a loyal and well established customer base. It is frequented by celebrities, politicians, executives, artists, poets, tourists, students, local residents and anybody who enjoys good food, wine and lively conversation at all hours of night and day. Some come for the authentic homemade Italian cuisine, others to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere in many some say is the heart of Italy in Sydney (don’t tell Leichhardt). They offer attentive service, crayons to draw on the tablecloth while you wait (or to occupy the kids), a selection of quality wine, exceptional pizza and a guarantee you will feel welcomed.
