It rained which made our booking end early

When I booked I asked for a table on the veranda not near music as my husband has hearing aids. A table outside was allocated for me Thankfully I printed out the email and took it with me.. It was only that a table had just been vacated that we were able to sit where I asked for , which I found not satisfactory. My guests were very pleased that we took them there and overall we had a great time.

friendly service, decent pub menu, perhaps a little overpriced for the quality but highly recommended if you're in the area.

It is a lovely atmosphere but the food was very bland. We don't mind paying money for food but the choices were limited and everything we got was very tasteless
