Completing his cookery apprenticeship at Catalina, Mark has worked his way through all areas in the Catalina kitchen over the past 16 years. In November 2015 Mark accepted the position of Executive Chef. Mark's long association with and experience at Catalina ensures continuity and his passion is reflected in some exciting new dishes alongside the Catalina favourites.

I adore Catalina’s. Food and service are always excellent. Celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary here every year. There is no better place to have that special occasion.

We(3) celebrated a friends birthday, we had the most amazing enjoyable day, from 1.30 pm until sunset. great food, drinks, atmosphere and service, well worth the spend of over $250 per person.

I had found a small piece of wire in my entree while eating. I did point this out to our waiter who told us it was a surprise from the opening day. The food was excellent but was not happy with the attitude given when I pointed this out to the waiter. It is still a beautiful restaurant that is worth going to and I am sure this was just a one off

Catalina is always outstanding the service is seamless I love that it is extremely professional but still very warm , friendly and genuine . The food is very creative delicious and looks amazing on the plate . I love Catalina it is truly one of the best restaurants and deserves a visit .

Always enjoy a meal at Catalina - love the great service, wonderful food and beautiful views. Being near the fireplace on a cold day was rather good too.

Lovely venue, staff and food. Prices are a little high but food was very well presented and delicately flavoured.

This restaurant is consistently good. You will not get a bad meal here. Service is the focus here and they will treat you well. Join their mailing list and you'll save up to $100 on your birthday. Definitely recommended.
