Nothing to fault when it comes to service, food and ambience. The vegetarian menu was equally impressive as the regular tasting menu. Can get a little noisier as the night goes on. Be sure to allow 3 hours if you're doing the tasting menu, it's well worth the time.

A wonderful meal and experience! We really enjoyed the pacing of the meal (3hrs approx) and thought the food and drink pairings were outstanding. We had a great chat avfterwards with the chef, what a great experience. We can't wait to come back next time we are in Wollongong, and would suggest Caveau as a must visit for anyone who likes fine food, drink and service.

The whole plant based diet was incredible. Excellent, attentive, knowledgable and friendly staff. Took my friend and it's the fanciest dinner she said she has ever been taken to, she is 60!!! Absolutely made her week. Amazing flavors. Thank you

My husband could not stop raving about the food and the service at Caveau. We will definitely be back again very soon. Everything was great.

Fine dining in the Gong Located in Wollongong on the NSW South Coast, Caveau is an award winning fine dining restaurant that offers both a degustation and a la carte menu.
