Daniel Peters

Daniel Peters has been working as Head Chef at C’est Bon since January 2018. Since beginning his career in 2004 with a school based apprenticeship, Daniel has worked in the kitchens of the best restaurants across Cairns and Townsville. Being Head Chef has provided Daniel with the opportunity to examine and hone his skills in traditional French cuisine whilst having the freedom to give it a modern flair – something he loves to play with.

The food is brilliant but the service at C'est Bon is quite outstanding. I was with a group of ladies and the staff went out of their way to cope with all of the special requests, etc! We had a wonderful lunch. Thank you so much.

I had breakfast there for the first time and it was amazing. Will definitely be back for breakfast. I have eaten there quite a few times for lunch and dinner and can't fault the food or service. Great place to eat.
