Chat Thai’s always been a personal favourite of mine. The dishes are vibrant and bursting with flavour. We had the Massaman Curry with rice, Fried Chicken Wings and my favourite, Amy’s Noodle!! The Fried Chicken Wings were TO DIE FOR!! Each mouthful was just hot, crispy and so succulent! The Massaman Curry with rice was hearty and Amy Noodle is sweet and tasty. It made this meal so worth it with the $20 off the bill thanks to my Fork vouchers.

Personal fave is their mango sticky rice. The dishes we ordered were good and service was not that long despite the busy Saturday crowd. Must order their tom yum and crispy pork belly.

About Chat Thai Circular Quay

Chat Thai was created almost 25 years ago to serve as a meeting place for diners to socialise and chat about Thai cuisine (and food in general), thus 'chat' Thai. Now a successful franchise with a winning reputation, these guys do beautiful simple food that's designed to be shared with friends and family. Get here and enjoy all the classics, plus some innovative additions that are well worth a try. Best dish: stir fried roast duck, fresh chilli and holy basil with fried egg and rice.
