Delicious authentic curries! While the wine list could be better, the service and outstanding quality of the food could not be faulted.

Vegan Paradise My initial disappointment at being seated in the entrance area as opposed to the dining room (cozy and inviting) was instantly dismissed with the arrival of a specialised vegan menu. The choices are truly amazing! So many options. The food was incredibly good, absolutely delicious, with quite generous portion sizes. The service was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend it. I will definitely return and I couldn’t care less where I sat. Only negative (it’s a tiny one) but it would be nice to have a choice of gin, as they only have Gordon’s.

Food is always great here - their “Thaali plates” are always a big hit because the diner gets a great cross section of a number of different dishes. Their Butter Chicken is the best I have had by a long shot.

The back restaurant is very echoing so you can here other tables conversations but the food is unfaulting and that trumps all

Regular at this restaurant over many years, never had bad experience, had the banquet this time, more than enough for three of us and meals were great.

Hard to review 'drinks' when all we drink is water! That water however was cold and good. We will hold our sons 60th there shortly! Tom and Jan

Good and friendly staff. Small serve starter which is not enough for one person. Also goats Curry was dry and chewy. Paneer Curry dish was very nice. Overall good experience.

2 huge parties going on and some one setting off poppers which is not appropriate in a tight space. Food good though.

This was my first time dining at Chefs of Tandoori. The service was a little slow but this was more than compensated by the pleasant staff, atmosphere and wonderful food. The lamb biryani was excellent and the butter chicken amongst the best I have had. I certainly will be going back and have no hesitation recommending this fine restaurant to lovers of indian cusine.

About the restaurant

Spice up your life Chefs of Tandoori are enjoying a second innings after a fire on the premises nearly ended a culinary dream which had run for many years. Rebuilding allowed them to showcase their passion and love for the game cricket which they have made a feature at their relaxing and comfortable venue. Lovely timber and linens with rich burgundy enhancements in the décor make the place luxurious enough to enjoy a lovely meal with that special person. Their menu is proudly almost entirely gluten-free, and the freshness of the meals is a testament to the chefs’ ability to tweak dishes to the customers liking. A fabulous choice for catering, including office parties and functions, and a great place to enjoy a banquet with a group of your nearest and dearest. Beautiful traditional Indian and a very loyal following, you can’t really go wrong here. Best dish: Mughlai Goat Curry
