Victor Liong and Chase Kojima
Born in San Francisco, Chase’s passion for food & exposure to life as a Chef started at a young age under the tutelage of his father. It was there he learned the craft of traditional Japanese cuisine, a discipline & attention to culinary detail that he has mastered through this career. At the age of six, Victor Liong emigrated from Malaysia and grew up immersed in the multicultural energy of Sydney. This cultural fusion of tastes, perspectives and experiences became his biggest culinary muse.
