If you feel like a tradicional Italian food cooked extremely well, head to Capri, food is delicious, lovely atmosphere. You can also bump into some of your Paddington neighbours there, very pleasant

Poor wine list, ranged from expensive to super expensive. Staff were very attentive early but that petered right off as we got through the meal.
Food was excellent. Salads were good but not outstanding. Ice Cream was ok not great Lemon was good. Others gritty. For what you pay it should be smooth and delicious.
Generally not easy to please a table of 11 but Cipri absolutely delivered (as always!) and we will ALL most definitely be back!
Very good Italian classic food well presented with very good service
We have been going to this restaurant for many years with 2 friends every 2-3 months, the food is always fresh & delicious. This restaurant is licensed & BYO, we enjoy bringing & comparing our own individual wines, previously we have only been charged a minimal corkage fee but last night we were charged $40 corkage for 2 bottles, we were very surprised and disappointed, obviously they do not want us to return!

It was a busy evening - two large tables having a get together and subsequently, a bit noisy! However the service and food were great and there were no delays.
Excellent Italian cuisine with excellent service.
Good to have the option of ordering entree size pastas. Fresh dishes, the space is quite noisy when full of diners.

A family affair
Growing up, the three Cipri brothers realised they had something very important in common: they all loved eating and sharing food. So much, in fact, they were inspired to open a restaurant together. Joe and Anthony run the floor and will be the ones welcoming you the moment you come arrive, and Carmelo is the head chef responsible for making sure you don’t go home hungry. Not that this is even a possibility with a menu that offers so many tasty options you’ll have trouble narrowing it down. The local figs with prosciutto and gorgonzola are a great way to start, as are the zucchini flowers filled with prawn, ricotta, celery and basil served with crushed peas. The cappelletti pasta stuffed with pumpkin, ricotta and amaretto is hard to resist, as is the pappardelle with duck and porcini mushroom ragu, the crumbed veal cutlet and the oven grilled prawns and scampi. If you want to take a bit of the experience home with you, check out the Cipri range of homemade artisanal products including chilli pesto and marinated green tomatoes.
