Circa 1876 is a spectacular regional restaurant that is serving premier cuisine in a five-star contemporary environment. If you're a lover of fine food and wine then this is the venue for your. Dine under the whimsical luxury of old-world chandeliers in one of Australia's most picturesque hinterlands, The Hunter Valley, and feast on adventurous dishes that have been sourced locally and organically. The magnificent mix of highly skilled chefs, under the watchful eye of executive chef Trent Barrett, each bring their own unique style and passion to the fore, creating incredibly intricate dishes that look almost too pretty to eat. The menu is rich and bold, and don't be afraid by going all out by ordering entree, main and dessert.
