Please contact us prior to your reservation if you have a preference as to where you would like to be seated and we will accommodate all requests the best we can. There is a 2 hour dining time on all tables *Menu is subject to change Credit card details are required for this booking. No charge is made prior to your visit, however if you cancel your booking less than 48 hours prior to the reservation, or if the party fails to arrive for the booking, the credit card nominated here will be charged $100 per person. We require final numbers 24 hours prior to the booking. This is the minimum number of guests you will be charged for. All cancellations must be made in writing to info@cirrusdining.com.au For groups of 8 or more there is a fixed 10 % service charge (staff gratuity) on the final bill. On Sunday’s, there is a 10% Sunday Surcharge. *Please note this does not apply to groups of 8 or more who are already subject to the staff service charge. All credit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge *We are following all recommendations from the NSW Government plus additional house policies to keep us and the community safe during these times

Brent Savage is chef and co-owner of renowned Sydney venues Bentley Restaurant + Bar, Monopole, Yellow, Cirrus and Ria Pizza + Wine. One of Australia’s most respected and influential chefs, Brent has a reputation for exciting, cutting edge food, clever technique and a unique mastery of flavour and texture. He has twice been awarded the Good Food Guide Chef of the Year (2005 and 2015) and is the author of the cookbook Bentley: Contemporary Cuisine.

About the restaurant

ABOUT CIRRUS

Cirrus is Sydney's finest waterfront seafood restaurant. Opening in September 2016, it was one of the first restaurants established at the Barangaroo South development, a major renewal of the former shipping wharves along the western edge of Sydney Harbour.

With a reputation already forged by their Sydney restaurants Bentley Restaurant + Bar, Monopole and Yellow, having a fourth venue on the water's edge at Barangaroo was a perfect fit for award-winning restaurateurs Brent Savage and Nick Hildebrandt.

Brent and Nick named the restaurant ‘Cirrus' to complement the cloud-like apartment block ‘Anadara' that sits above it and the beautiful big-sky vista you can view from the dining room. The interior was designed by Pascale Gomes-McNabb and Terroir Architects. The design plays on the harbourside location and nautical heritage, and appears to seamlessly blend in with the curvaceous nature of the headland as if it were part of the landscape.
