Food was good, except they forgot one meal and the entire table had finished before the last meal arrived. They offered some free drinks as a sorry

On arrival they couldn't find our booking finally found us a table and sadly after waiting for over 1 hour for our food we left without eating. Not a nice experience for Father's Day.

This was for my daughters 18th - I have to say very disappointing, food came out at all different times, no cutlery and half the meals were good the other half less than average - didn’t bother staying for dessert or coffee as was so disappointing. Toilets also need good clean Sorry don’t normally give bad reviews but this was not good and felt gutted for my daughter on her special day

The service was excellent. The food was delicious, however a little on the expensive side given portion sizes. We'll go back again though.

When we arrived I was told there was no booking for me even though I had a confirmation email. We were waiting along time for meals to be brought out and one meal was completely forgotten. Food was disapointing. staff spent a lot of time just standing behind the counter chatting amongst themselves. Very disapointing experience and will not return

Biggest comment - put all the food on one plate - 2 x items were brought to the table once our family members had finished there meals - they didn't want them by this stage Also - i know it was spring but a cold morning - maybe an extra couple of heaters

Worst service ever. Went twice on the same day (with two different groups of people). First time it took us 1.5hours to get our breakfast- after one hour of waiting we asked how much longer it would be. We were told our meal was next to be prepared. 15 mins later we asked again, and was told we had 3 sockets in front of us!!! I got my water 2 hours after asking for it. 2nd time it took over one hour to get a piece of carrot cake that was already made and cut, and was just sitting in the front counter. I had to ask 3 times before I got it. I asked for water as soon as I arrived and after 2.5 hours I finally got it! I would never go back again and definitely would not recommend this cafe to anyone!
