Ashley Davis

Ashley grew up in Melbourne’s west before embarking on a journey which took him first to Sydney then on to Europe for 8 years. In doing so, Ashley made his mark at some of London’s top restaurants. At the helm of Hélène Darroze' Connaught Hotel he led the team that took the London restaurant from 1 to 2 Michelin Stars. This 2 Michelin status was maintained during his 3 years at the prestigious Mayfair restaurant. Ashley holds a Masters in Culinary Arts from the University of Brighton, UK.

The first Sunday of the month Sunday lunch has the Copper Pot all abuzz, however there is no better way to spend a leisurely Sunday lunch. Great work from Ashley and his team. Excellent food and wine as ever. Book early to avoid disappointment as it fills up very quickly and at $50 per head for food, it’s one of our culinary life’s great bargains.

Whenever you read the menu, your choice may seem difficult but really it’s easy. Just trust that Ashley has worked it all out and that the combinations of flavors, as well as presentation and attention to detail, will ensure that whatever you choose, deliciousness awaits you. Outstanding! We are regulars at Copper Pot and we love it! Every experience is superb. The menu is innovated and delicious. If you're unsure what to order let the team take you on a European roadshow. I can't recommend Copper Pot highly enough.

Sunday Roast

In Europe, Sundays are for getting together with friends and family for laughs, good times and a feast of a lunch. Copper Pot has decided to bring a bit more of Europe to Seddon by way of a Euro Style Sunday roast lunch. From 12pm to 3pm we’ll be serving up a 4 course Sunday roast classics from the continent with a modern twist that will to put smiles on faces, have chatter echoing across the dining room and full bellies heading off into the afternoon. $50 per person Copper Pots 'a la carte' menu available Tuesday - Saturday Bookings advised but walk-ins possible if there are seats available.
