Friendly & efficient staff. Good vibe @ balcony. Food: zucchini flowers were nice. However, stuffed mushrooms & spaghetti marinara reminded me of dishes at an average-priced buffet. Sorry but even a premium buffet can offer me a better spaghetti marinara that really smells & tastes seafood! It’s all personal but perhaps a smaller portion of spaghetti so that the seafood sauce can infuse into spaghetti better!

Loud, chaotic & crowded. We had to wait for seats even though we had a reservation & after being seated it almost impossible to get a waiters attention they’re all running around like headless chooks & can barely understand what’s being said to them. Food was okay nothing special, jug of drink tasted like watered down coke because it was 3 quarters ice.. overall very poor experience.

The advice re: cost per head was nearly half of what the actual cost was, which was disappointing, but not too much of a worry, given this was a business lunch. Still, I'd update the site if I were you.

We order pasta as mains and calamari for sharing. The pasta taste almost like those microwaveable food. It was really disappointing. The calamari was good on the contrary. That was the only comfort for our dinner. Not so sure if I will visit back again.

About Criniti's Darling Harbour

Come one, come all Gather up a big group of friends or family when you come to Criniti’s because this bustling Italian joint is all about shared dining. Located in the heart of Sydney’s Darling Harbour, with stunning views across the water to the city skyline, this warm and friendly restaurant will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive and the waiters welcome you like old friends. And this if before you even try the food, which is epic. Start off with some of the bruschetta, which comes in a range of flavours including garlic or caprese, before taking a dive into the starters and appetisers. Eggplant fritters? Homemade meatballs? Crispy calamari? It’s all there. Move on to the homemade pastas, or risotto, or woodfired pizzas (which can be ordered by the metre). If you still have room, try some of the grilled meat or seafood. Then finish off on a sweet note with the Nutella pizza, which should not be missed. Best dish: The cicciu e piccu pizza
