There is a great selection on the menu and they are happy to accommodate any slight changes for dietary requirements. The service and food is excellent.

Food was nice but the service lack of organisation. 3 ladies served us; 3 times they asked the same question which it can be easily fixed but my score of 5 is because 2 out of the 3 ladies, in my opinion, didn’t want to be there. Only one was with the smile in the face. This is something that the owner need to consider.

About Cucina Galileo

Where particular people gather Multi-award winning Vinnie’s Ristorante is just the type of restaurant you want to head to for a celebration, be it a celebration of a major life event or simply a celebration of simple, honest food. Artisan delight Whether you're looking to book a romantic dinner for two or a function space for a special occasion, you are guaranteed a memorable evening at Cucina Galileo. To start, try to the Involtini di Melanzane, a dish crafted with fresh, local made ricotta infused in sweet market basil along with roasted capsicum, grilled eggplant and fresh Napolitana sauce. Mains include the mouth-watering Rib-Eye served with Italian green beans and a delicious house-made dressing. For the extra wow factor, make sure you ask for the optional Dianne sauce, it seriously makes it! We also can't pass up the classic homemade lasagne with a traditional slow-cooked pork and veal ragu. Best dish: The Involtini di MelanzaneUnder the masterful eye of head chef Ettore Morabito, this traditional trattoria has served many a famous face including Prime Minister Tony Abbott and highly decorated and former lightweight boxing champion Lenny Zappavigna, to name a few. Classic favourites that have made Italian cuisine a crowd pleasure feature strongly on Vinnie’s menu. Expect to see seafood in abundance, made with a deftness that has become the signature of Mediterranean food. Neapolitan-style mussels are one of the highlights from the antipasti menu, and seafood lovers will find it hard to go past the classic lobster mornay when it comes to mains. Bring along a bottle of your favourite vino, sit back and relax; you’re in good hands at Vinnie’s Ristorante. Top dish: Capretto (baby goat) simmered with chilli, spring onion, wine, herbs and a touch of fresh tomato.
