About Dandelion

Sharing is caring If you’re into eating out at funky yet refined restaurants then Dandelion is for you. This place does Vietnamese with class. You enter into a beautiful restaurant with bare brick walls and a lush vertical garden, and the setting really is quite serene. This place is run by the power couple Geoff and Jane Lindsay whose former exploits have included the super-hot Pearl restaurant, which was a big hit a few years back. Now they’re doing Vietnamese food and showing the amateurs how it’s done. Here, the chefs know how to work wonders with a wok, contrasting raw and cooked, cool and warm, and the sweet and the savoury. As they say, variety is the spice of life! Everything on the menu is made to be shared, but trust us, we know how hard it can be when looking at such delicious treats as the light, and fresh duck braised in coconut curry – you’ll want it all to yourself. Dandelion have been awarded so many chef hats that they simply don’t know where to put them. Best dish: The Buddha chef’s tasting menu
