We had breakfast here and it was amazing! Neither my husband or I could finish the big breakfast. They were massive. The food was well cooked as well. It’s a great place for children, with plenty to explore outside. It really is worth driving to, then visiting some local wineries on the way home!

A rustic style cafe serving tasty food. Sitting on the verandah on a warmish spring day was very pleasant. Service was friendly but needs to be a bit sharper and more attentive. We went for lunch but I’m guessing breakfast and brunch would also be worth a try.

The venue was very draughty and the chairs were exceptionally uncomfortable. The food was only okay, and the coffee was nowhere near hot enough. It was a wet, cold day and we had to go downstairs and outside in the wet to go to the bathroom. The concept of a rustic place to eat appealed to us, but we were disappointed when we visited.

Their website says that they showcase Yarra Valley wine & produce. They only have the wines of one Yarra Valley producer - the rest are generic wines from elsewhere. If they are serious, they need to expand the range of Yarra Valley wines & get rid of the rest. Coffee was good. The food was good, but not exceptional. Certainly worth a visit.
