Built in 1887 as the very first building of the Gordon Institute, the Davidson now operates as the training restaurant of the Gordon Culinary School where its hospitality and cookery students gain the real life experiences necessary for them to become the industry professionals of the future. The modern degustation style menus of 3 and 4 courses change regularly and offer modern dishes focused on local and seasonal ingredients with a formal yet relaxed service style.
