The food was great. Would have to be the best Indian fare I have had for a long time and good value for money. The service was very good.

What a Indian feast, the “special” Butter Chicken is the best I have tasted, better than any in Melbourne. Also the garlic cheese naan super tasty. All the dishes (3 curries, Vegetarian Briyani and Naan) were so good we bought an additional meal for take away. Service welcoming and friendly, owner came out to see if happy. If you are in Hobart, very much recommend a trip over the bridge to Bellerive for a fantastic Indian meal. Locals should be visiting every week, I would be if living in Hobart.

Nice Indian food

This was my first time here. Although there was a large group booking who must have ordered before us, it took over an hour for our food to come out (even a simple starter like samosas!). We purposely booked at 6pm so we could feed the kids and have them home and in bed at 7:30, but mains didn’t turn up until 7:45. We nearly asked them to be packed as takeaways. Another table of two left without food and didn’t bother finishing wine. The background music at the start was instrumental and normal volume but soon turned into loud pop/ club music and you couldn’t hear yourself talk. I asked them to turn it down and after 15 minutes and me asking a second time, I finally turned off the speaker. It was absurdly loud and we had a sleeping baby in a stroller (that wasn’t staying asleep). The food was tasty once it arrived and they were apologetic about the delay. I am willing to order takeaway but will never be dining in again! It was not a great experience.
