Booking was not found and I had to prove my booking was confirmed. One waitress was helpful and found us some seats on a table that had people who didn’t come. One waitress was rude and we discussed the miscommunication about how she demanded for us to get up and pay first. We explained we arrived with our booking lost and was waiting for the line to go down before approaching to order. They then argued with us at the counter until the other waitress helped. Food was average and due to the mix up and attitude of one waitress, I will not be dining at this restaurant again.

The food was pretty good for a buffet style dinner. Good value with a few choices of curry, samosa, naan bread, popadums. Service was fine. Would return.

My booking was confirmed, however when we all attended at the venue it was closed. This was very embarrassing as it was a birthday lunch and I had three other couples with children attending. We had to find another venue. I was disappointed as the booking was confirmed, there were free slots. If the venue knew it was not going to be open then the online bookings should have been blocked. I ended up sending the confirmation to the other parties to show I had not messed up. Not a good start.
