Wonderful experience at the Pan Pacific Fashion High Tea. The fare was delish and beautifully presented, and the lobster roll was to die for! A big thank you to our lovely attendant Jessica for the amazing service.

We had a lovely high tea, was actually one of the best that we have been too and we have been to quite a few. The food was delicious and the views and surroundings were beautiful, we were actually glad that we had been moved upstairs into a different lounge area. I would of given a perfect ten, but the staff member looking after us was very nice and polite the only thing was it was hard to get her attention if we needed more water or another hot drink, she didnt come past us that often, but apart from that couldnt fault her at all. Overall one of the better high teas in Melbourne CBD area and we have been to a couple of shockers. Will definately be back when you have a different theme for your high tea ????????.

When we arrived no one greeted us ,we needed to find someone .Although the wait staff were friendly enough ,the service was slow.The table next to us arrived after us but got their drinks and food before us.

The two entrees (appetizers), the zucchini with spaner crab and a crisp eggplant dish were rather dull and tasteless, but the lamb rump and Waygu beef rump as mains (called entrees in the US) were very tasty and tender. The desserts, a lime meringue tart and a chocolate Marquise were lovely. Excellent attentive and friendly service.

We went here for High Tea. The food was easily 10/10. Delicious and we really appreciated the finer details of all the different food. The cocktails were reasonably priced too. Highly recommend

The quality of food here was higher than expected: The presentation and flavours were excellent, but serving sizes a little small for the prices. On the evening we attended, with a group of 9 including overseas guests, service was a bit slow / inattentive. It was a Monday evening and the place was not busy. Overall, and enjoyable experience.

We had a beautiful gluten free hightea. One of my new favourite venues. The cakes were delicious and the savoury food in particular the sandwiches (the bread was very fresh and soft) were yummy. For hightea lovers add to your must attend list.

Had high tea with our 5yo. The pork belly bao was my least favourite as the fat was not rendered and cooked enough. I also didn’t enjoy the black sesame chocolate ring as it tasted a bit curdled. Other than that everything else was great. They had a craft activity prepared for my son and staff were very friendly. Would try it again when they change menus.

We went for a pre-concert meal with friends. The ambience was elegant, the menu rather limited, the food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Thanks to Jacob who from my phone call seamlessly acquiesced to my request to merge 2 bookings into 1. Then the personalised service he and his associates did for our table. Kudos!

Food was excellent!! There weee few hiccups. Even though there was no any queue, We had to wait long at the front counter to get someone’s attention. Then they have offered us a a table that was not set up. For three of us there was only two chairs. I had to grab a chair by myself from a nearby table. But later they have apologised and prepared us a better table and sorted that out. Starters and main meal all served together at the same time which was highly disappointing.
