What a wonderful experience we had at Doot Doot Doot! Our favourite parts were the cocktails, the prawn dish, the beef dish and the strawberry dessert mmm! Thanks for a great evening.

The waitress Megan who looked after us was extremely friendly and considerate. Definitely will return for more dining in the future for the excellent service. Interior is amazing! And that’s the reason I decided to have a go. Foods are a surprise, didn’t expect that good. But really delicious!!!!!! Overall a 10/10 experience.

Fantastic food, wonderful ambience and amazing staff. Took friends there and they rated it amongst the best they’ve had worldwide. Wine is a little pricey, therefore we only had 2 bottles between 6. Keep up the great standard!

The food and service was mostly excellent with the exception of desert (Mandarin and black sesame), which wasn't great. The matched wines selection should allow for some patron input as the mix provided was a little strange at times. The wine details and choice explanation were a little over done. A few choice words would have been less invasive. Overall it was a very pleasant dining experience.

We enjoyed a really beautiful lunch for my wife's birthday. I would like to commend the restaurant for offering a non alcoholic pairing. This idea is genius and allowed my wife to feel more included as she does not drink. The service was excellent and the hotel and surrounds are stunning. Can't wait to come back.

About Doot Doot Doot

Hatted restaurant on the Mornington Inside the boutique Jackalope Hotel, nestled in a vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula, lies the decadent dining experience of Doot Doot Doot. With black banquette style seating and undulating installation of 10,000 globes on the ceiling inside juxtaposed against the working winery outside, it’s a setting unlike anywhere else. The five-course set menu evolves each month with the seasons, with an emphasis on ingredients from their kitchen garden and local Mornington Peninsula producers. Matching wines are available, or order off their extensive wine list, featuring wines from the on-site Willow Creek vineyard, as well as a selection of Australian and international wines by both the glass and bottle.
