The food was lovely and it was great to have wine matched to it listed on the menu. The resturant was fairly busy when we were there but the service was good.

Great service, food and wine selection. Great that they recommended pairing of food with wine.

Dinner was mostly lovely, the servings were enormous so you won't leave hungry... Slight dampener that they wouldn't split the bill in half to be paid on 2 credit cards.. we were the only ones left in the restaurant at that time, so its not like it would have impeded service to others...

Great atmosphere. Meals were tasty. For a large group, some meals took a little while to come out. Staff were lovely. Overall a good experience.

Ever changing menu. Not sure I like the focus on a sharing menu. We probably wouldn't have booked if we had seen the menu prior. They had some really nice pasta dishes last time which was sadly not on the menu this time.

Had the Sunday roast. Chicken breast moist and generous, well cooked. Loved the gravy, loved the extra roast veg like capsicum, zucchini, eggplant. One of the few restaurants around Southbank to serve proper roast potatoes. Fennel was hard and undercooked, not soft and sweet as expected. Real disappointment was many of the veg ranged from warm to cold (broccoli):

Food was generally well conceived. Comment was that the Steak wasn’t that great, but all other dishes were well received. Service was good.

I dined with my husband and both meals were delicious. My risotto was smoked tomato and zucchini and was very flavoursome and set off beautifully by crumbed and melted mozzarella. My husband's lamb shank was elegantly presented and had a tasty complex sauce. Our desserts were delicious and works of art. I loved my chocolate terrine but the blood orange sorbet and freeze dried mandarins were the best part!
