I regularly use The Earl, especially fir large groups as they cater very well fir groups of ten or more. There is a good range of food from basic pub fare to slightly more upmarket dishes and a range of specials each day giving a good range of alternatives from their standard menu. The food is good value and the service excellent.

Only salad bar available in mid winter. Not really a good mix with the winter roasts and shepherds pie etc on the menu. How about some hot veggies?
