Authentic Mexican food made from scratch, extremely fresh and delicious. Outstanding staff, service was excellent. The guacamole was fantastic as were the rest of the dishes our group ordered. Overall a great dining experience.

Our waiter was very friendly and inviting. The cocktails were nice. Food was very bland and mains were very small with burritos coming out on a plate without any other condiments. Looked more like a takeout lunch. The signature dish patron was a piece of thin sliced beef that was covered in salt and very tough. Very dissapointed and overpriced.

Unfortunately the whole restaurant was lacking atmosphere... food lacked flavour and while staff were friendly and attentive, they were not busy enough to allow us to relax with our meal.

The food was great. I have been to Mexico, and this food was as good as anything I had in Mexico! The Taco Rocco was great. We will go back and try the rest of menu.

The food was just OK. I was surprised and disappointed to find carrots and zucchini on my vegetarian nachos but there were no beans. Also the cheese wasn't melted. On the plus side the Margaritas were awesome.

Came back a second time on my son's request. The vegetarian mix needs to change, from a bland mix of veg to simple tasty beans. We were served wrong and incomplete meals and it was hard to catch the waiters attention.

Most authentic Mexican that I have had in Adelaide. Very pleasant staff who certainly made us feel welcome. Setting is a bit rough around the edges, but overall was really good

There were only 2 staff on and it became quite busy. The"cocktails" are tasty enough but lacking in alcohol. The vegetarian option should just be beans not a mix of potato, corn, carrot and oddly broccoli. Just lacked something

From the moment we arrived and were seated by the marvellous people who run this place, we had a most enjoyable meal. The décor and atmosphere is fun, colourful and friendly. The hosts are welcoming and helped us explore the many tastes on offer. The food was authentic and had a home-made look, feel and taste. We chose various dishes to share so we could have a taste of as many things as possible. We liked every aspect of this restaurant. It's family run and operated and the owners treat you like a guest in their own home. Highly recommended.

Dined here on a Saturday night after hearing all the hype about this little Salisbury restaurant mentioned in the New York Times. We visited their newly established Unley location. The premises is a bit rundown and signage and exterior of the restaurant hadn't been renovated or done up by the looks of it. However, food was actually quite good. We ordered the marinated steak taco, chilli con carne nachos, beef quesadillas, elote (corn), chicken tostadas and we tried the horchata mexican drink. Food was inexpensive however isn't as cheap as the Salisbury store. It was an enjoyable experience and we would come back and try more dishes.

Really disappointed! We had booked in earlier in the week but when we arrived on the day the door was locked and there was a sign up about a private function. We had to call the restaurant and they offered no explanation and didn’t even bother to come to the door to talk to us in person. Another table showed up as well saying they had booked over the phone just yesterday, so it wasn’t just an issue with online bookings. I get that restaurants can be booked out for a private function but don’t take bookings if that’s the case! Or inform your bookings that you can no longer take them before they come all the way out to the restaurant. At the very least it should have been handled much better.

Rocked up for our reservation just to find out that the place was closed for a function. We weren't notified at all and there shouldn't be any excuse. There's a phone number or an email or text or Facebook I.e. various media avenues that the message could've been delivered. Not happy

This place hasn’t been open long so maybe that’s the problem. Service is slow. No alcoholic drinks and they had run out of mocktails too. I love mexican food so was so excited to try his place as their Salisbury location is so highly rated but I found it all extremely bland. Should have stayed home and made it myself.

Staff were friendly, unfortunately food took a long time to come out. Will come back again for another go.
