Fabulous
Delicious food and generous helpings where we have learnt to stop eating the night before we go there. Highly recommended for all occasions. Helpful and friendly staff as well.
Have been to this restaurant a few times now and has not disappointed us. Good food and good service. Very convenient for a meal before going to a show at Riverside Theatre. Will definitely plan to go again
Waiter forgot to order one of the meals. Meals all came out at different times (there were 5 of us dining) Food is great though. Absolutely delicious. However it was very cold in there.
Love this place.
We attended the restaurant before going to a show at the Riverside theatre. It was very convenient and we had been there before. The food was very good and we received our food with plenty of time to get to the show. I would certainly go again
Wow, this place is amazing. Everything about the place is wonderful, service, atmosphere and the food is delicious. We’ll definitely be back.
This place never disappoints, the food and service is amazing. You won’t leave hungry.
Food was amazing and we had wonderful service all the way through our dining experience. Will definitely come back and will also be recommending El Phoenician to my family and friends
It's always a pleasure to eat at this establishment, they beat the Hell out with their courteous service. The food is top notch, but service is just too good. Keep it up guys.
Nice food, good portions. Good vibe
A great restaurant, contemporary furnishings made it very comfortable and the food was fresh and delicious. The staff were attentive and very friendly. I would definitely visit again and recommend this to my friends
The staff were warm and welcoming and the food was delicious. Atmosphere was lovely and the lighting perfect. We will definitely be returning soon
We were charged $271 for 2 glasses of wine and two platters which were supposed to cost $75 each and we’re supposed to include vegetables. Would never return or recommend. Very disappointing.
El-Phoenician Parramatta is by far the most authentic Lebanese restaurant that I have been to in Australia. I would compare the food ,service and atmosphere to Al Sultan Brahim Restaurant in Jounieh ,Lebanon. The food took me back to my recent visit to Lebanon and for me to drive 3.5hrs from Canberra to visit this restaurant tells you how serious I am about my rating. Do yourself a favour, sit back and let them bring you a Mezza and enjoy it with your favourite wine and you will find heaven on earth. Your hosts will ensure a great lunch or dinner. Highly recommended.
Authentic Lebanese food at its finest. I was extremely impressed by the tabouli as it tasted just like how my mum makes it and you can easily have a conversation with someone as the background music was not overpowering. The staff were polite and would always top up our water when our cups were almost empty which was very nice as it shows that they were attention and caring. Would recommend this restaurant for its food, service and nice and classy layout. Parking however is not so easy in Parramatta so please keep that it mind if going.
A wonderful evening. Excellent delicious food - loved everything we ordered. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Belly dancing show entertaining! Thank you!
The food was amazing and the service was attentive and very welcoming. We had the earlybird dinner special and were not disappointed. Great value for the quality of food (entree and main).
The food was amazing - the aroma was incredible, the servings were very generous and the flavours were delicious! We can't wait to go back! The friendly service, cool air con and very clean and fresh floor and walls, and tables with fresh white table cloths made it a very pleasant dining experience.
Great atmosphere , great food, great service. I always come back here with joy. Thank you El- Phoenician. Always recommending this lovely restaurant to friends and family.
Would have liked more offering of drinks for the table but enjoyable meal overall.

Eat like a king!
At the heart of Parramatta’s famed ‘Eat Street’ resides the original El-Phoenician. This award winning restaurant offers a relaxed ambiance during the week and a vibrant atmosphere on the weekend when the large white dressed tables are filled with hungry diners and the dining room echoing with laughter and music. Sleek and contemporary, this venue is perfect for intimate date nights, family meals or friendly catch ups - they even do private dining options and events!
The menu is a decadent Lebanese spread, designed to embody the rich ancestry of Phoenicia. With a selection of traditional mezza, smoky char grilled meats and an array of delectable seafood you’re in for a sensational feast!
Go for the Byblos banquet which is well priced and very, very delicious.
Best dish: sambousik - minced lamb, pine nuts and onion wrapped in fine pastry!
