10/10Lovely welcome by William, and Sarah who waited on us for the evening was so pleasant without intruding, Food was lovely; we had the lamb ragu gnocchi and the special beefburger with chips. Both cooked well and served hot.

9.5/10Our first visit, and were extremely surprised at the high quality meals. (I was expecting just burgers, etc.). I had the terrific 48-hour Lamb Press, served over a bed of quinoa salad, with roast eggplant purée and something similar to guacamole. My dining companion had the mushroom and spring vegetable linguini, which also was delicious. Good wines by the glass. Very good service. Shall definitely return to explore more from what must be a talented chef.

10/10This spot gives extraordinary service and delicious meals. One of my favourite pub/restaurants around town. The meals served rapidly and the pricing is more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

9.5/10The menu overall was quite extensive and we chose the cauliflower salad and chicken momo potstickers. Both dishes were delicious and plenty for two with a bottle of Pol Roger. A little disappointing that they don’t have sparkling red wine on the list. I would have enjoyed a bottle of Bleasdale, Mt Bera, Spring Seeds or any other South Australian sparkling shiraz, sparkling merlot or sparkling cabernet sauvignon. Yes, I love my sparkling red and usually go back to restaurants that have it by the glass.

7.5/10Food was alright but the burger buns were over toasted. Chips could have been cooked and seasoned a bit better. Service was without fault and all staff were happy to help. Drinks were fantastic! Ambiance was good but the light above us was switched off halfway through our meal which made it weird. Overall a good experience but a few touch ups to make it excellent.

9.5/10Was surprised at how busy it was in a Wednesday night. However, despite this, we received cheerful and impeccable service and the food was top notch as usual. Thank you!

5.5/10The food is usually excellent but this time I had the beef burger. It was served in a basket which made it difficult to eat, and the beef patty lacked flavour. I think the base of the bun was burnt. I shall eat other things when I return. The music makes hearing conversation a problem.

9/10Excellent food. We selected different meals to our normal. Lively & loud atmosphere withDJ playing very loud music. Not the best option for a pre Symphony Orchestre concert .... but great anyway.

8.5/10Unfortunately, we were seated with a very noisy crowd as the main dining area was closed for a private function. They had left dirty plates and glasses on a very clearly reserved table and made no effort to curb their adult language and conversation around our children as we dined. William and Sarah looked after us so well and are a tremendous asset to this establishment. Food and drinks were sensational and service was swift and can’t be faulted. Despite the unpleasant crowd in our shard space, we will be back!!
