Great little cocktail bar in close proximity to the Gabba and CBD. Competitively priced, well prepared food and drink served by knowledgeable, friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The bar upstairs behind the wardrobe was close but the guy who was serving us was kind enough to show us around! I thought that was pretty awesome!

Salads were very ordinary to say the least. Even with a few pieces of calamari it was just a plate of leaves. We have eaten off the share plate menu before and enjoyed it very much so our salads were a big disappointment.

The menu is fantastic and caters to differing tastes. Every time I've been there the food served has been well cooked, tasty and the dishes have come out in a timely manner. Fantastic...can't wait to return and try another dish!

Love the atmosphere. Friendly staff. Unique setting. Great food. We’ve been there 4 times now and all of the above is constantly consistent. Our only complaint is that the jazz band only plays upstairs on a Friday and not a Saturday!

Seemed a little understaffed as drinks took a long time and had to go and ask for desert menu. Requested sauces on the side and didn’t happen which was a shame because it was very salty and spoilt beautifully cooked and presented Steak.

At Canvas, our philosophy is simple: great food, a relaxed chilled out sexy vibes, and interesting drinks. Along with some of the best cocktails in Brisbane we’re serving what we like to call Spanish cuisine with a Southern California accent: It’s all about sharing with a rustic but modern comfort food and twists on classic dishes and cocktails, plus home-baked desserts that will make you feel like a kid again.
