The Entree Training Restaurant is an absolute must do dining experience. All three courses were delicious. It is hard to believe that students can produce meals of that quality! Professional service by enthusiastic students. Very reasonable prices. We will definitely be back to try new menus in the future.
New semester and a couple of teething problems, but we are always aware this is a training restaurant and take that into account. The food was very good but the serves were quite large ( that is great if you are a big eater!). All in all it is a great meal and drinks at very reasonable prices. That is what keeps us coming back ( our group of 6 have been going for over 15 years!!!) A nice touch was the chefs were brought out to the tables so we could give direct feedback and thanks. That is new and well appreciated.
We again had a great meal. The beef was excellent and very well cooked. The trainees seemed much more relaxed than last time we were there. Great to have a very good meal and give the students a real life situation.
Anyone reading this needs to remember this is a training restaurant. Our group has been going there for over 15 years, and we always appreciate the students are doing their best! My comments are always meant to be constructive and not criticism. Last night the restaurant had issues with the air conditioning so it was a bit warm in there. We were seated promptly but it took ages to take our drinks and food orders, as the tables were not served in order of arrival. Nevertheless the food was excellent and full marks to the chefs. Also the wait staff were 4 people short, but the other wait staff worked hard to ensure everyone was looked after. Well done Entree despite trying issues!
Students need more practice in all areas of service
this is a training resteraunt attached to Kingswood Tafe, the food was very good. The service was probably as expected for the venue, white wine served in a flute, had to ask twice for red wine, no detail as to what the grand desert consited of, spoon for one dish in desert was to big to access the desert .

The taste & presenatation of d foods for the entree & main are well done especially the pork belly & chicken (more than what was expected). It 's a very friendly atmosphere & d service is excellent. We'll come back for sure & tell our families to join us.

First night, there were some teething problems as you would expect, it is a training restaurant after all. The drinks menu wasn’t completely stocked. One wait staff person didn’t know the difference between lamb and tuna. It is always a very enjoyable night. And we will be returning.
I have attended over many years and I appreciate this was the first night for students but once again meals came out luke warn and plates stone cold. Also if a patron is to alternate each course then having a fish style entree and a main course also of fish leaves patrons with small choice. The menu requires more consideration and thought.
Always a very enjoyable night. The students need to be supported in their learning, particularly as some have a disability. The Fork needs to review their confirmation details as twice I was told the meal was at 8.00pm. Always they are at 6.30pm and if I had been a first time visitor, arriving at 8.00pm would have seen a very different view.
I have never ever had such a delightful entree as the Tempura Zucchini flower. Unreal This is what we go for something completely different.
As always the food was great. Liked that the chefs came out and spoke to us as well.

The meal we enjoyed last night was the best one yet. Our wait staff were very friendly and did quite well for their very early days in the business.

Found the staff very friendly and polite. They communicated well. When staff were questioned about some of the meals and if they were unsure they they would ask their supervisor and returned to us promptly with the answers. The atmosphere was great and would highly recommend the venue.
