Cam as he’s fondly known as at Spicers spent his first ten years as a Chef in an Italian kitchen and after months of connecting with local producers and trialing one of a kind dishes the experience is set to be exceptional. The menu will be complemented by an award-winning wine list including some of the Hunter Valley’s best vintages and a selection of those further a field. Our private dining room can be booked for up to 14 guests and a minimum spend is required.
