This place is completely underrated. It is quite possibly the best restaurant in the Hunter, the food and wine is always delicious and they always seem to get it right with their creativity and flavours. We’ve been to 3 of the top rated restaurants over the past week and this was definitely the best. The kingfish and sirloin were to die for. The sparkling rose was also fantastic.

This is the fourth time visiting and it’s my favorite restaurant in hunter valley. Love the food, wine and the view. Didn’t realise you can join as social club member and get 10% off food and purchase at cellar door and get a free bottle of sparkling wine. Food and service never disappoint us. Highlight is the duck which is very juicy. Will come back again.

I found the overall degustation with dishes with items that lacked a sense of purpose and also some that either lacked flavour or too much going on. The staff were very friendly and attentive and great for recommending wines to complement the menu. Overall my wife and I were left underwelmed and unsatisfied for a fine dining restaurant that reviews so well.

Very enjoyable lunch, great service and good value for money - child's food was free! Would recommend this restaurant and will be back in the future.

We attended the day prior to a Day on the Green at the same venue. All the noise of setting up the stage etc really took away from the dining experience. I would check for events before booking. I expected a lot from the food and left disappointed. Three people dined and out of all of the dishes we had the tuna was by far the best. I had the quail-it was dry and the accompaniments just acted as colour on the plate. Shame as I was really looking forward to dining here.

Mother’s Day lunch. We had the five course and no course disappointed. Great flavours, presentation & the service was on point.
