We were told our meals would take 40 mins to come out and the kids meals would come out sooner. Kids meals came out 50 mins after we ordered and adult meals 1 hour 10 mins. Majority of the adults meals were cold. There was only 1 person taking peoples orders so the line was huge in the restaurant going around peoples tables.

Meal was very good but was very disappointed in having to wait over 1 hour for meal to arrive as only 1 chef on duty. So on that note I don't know if I would visit again no matter how good meal was.

Food took 35 minutes after ordering. my meal [Lambs fry & Bacon] The serve looked like a childs serve with two strips of lambs fry which was two centimetres[Approx] wide and roughly five centre metres long and then the pumpkin was cold. All in all not a good day

From waiting 30mins to be seated to waiting 15mins to order of which both occasions no staff availing for dining - more focus was within gaming and serving those customers first - to add also, there were people walking to & from the kitchen who saw us but didn’t acknowledge us and the venue was deserted- we were the 2nd customers in the dining! (I would understand the delay if they were busy but they weren’t), while waiting it was hard trying to contain our 4yr old Autistic child who once saw the playground was all he wanted to do was go on the playground. That playground despite it smelling like urine and needing a good clean! Was good. It served its purpose of giving kids a place to play without disturbing other patrons. It was probably the main reason why we choose Eureka last night, because it had an indoor playground. Being our first time there it would have been nice for the attendant to run through specials - could have saved a lot of money. Food was mediocre, though one item ordered we are pretty sure they got confused with something else! Lastly and probably more upsetting was when we were leaving, our son who is 4yrs old bolted away from us and ran straight out the door into the car park. The staff member who was close could have stopped him but instead she just pointed and said “yep he’s gone straight out the door”. Like Thanks love! If we were to have worn labels that visibly said Autism I’m sure she would have helped, but regardless, if a child bolts away from its parents and a staff is near - please stop that child. It will only be a matter of time before one runs out and gets hit by a car.

The meals at Eureka are fantastic, also the veg and salad bar. And friendly service. Definitely value for money.
