First of all, I would like to compliment the lovely young Nepalese waitress serving our table last night. She was very welcoming & knows what service means. We had one of the best Nepalese meal. everything that our waitress suggested turned out to be all yummy. We've had some very mediocre Nepalese meals in the past and were really reluctant to try another. Everyone in our group really enjoyed the whole experience. Happy to recommend to family and friends. Will be back again soon.

Food was really yummy and we enjoyed it a lot. Shame that the service was very bad. The waitresses have absolutely zero training. Had to repeatedly ask for our order of drinks to be served, two main dishes were not served so two people in our group waited For their meals to come while orders already finished their dishes. Pity, as the food was really very good and I would go because of the food. If they could improve the service and provide staff with some basic training, they could make it!

The food and service was amazing. I'm fact, we loved a few of the dishes so much we went and ordered more! The eggplant masala is a must try. We will definitely be back.

Apologies, but I'm unable to provide a full review as, having made a booking through the Fork site 5 days earlier, when my wife and I arrived at the restaurant on the evening of 8/10/19 we discovered the place was shut, with a sign advising : "Due to our holy festival WA are closed tonight - 08/10/2019.. We are really sorrry (sic) for inconvenience caused. We will resume our business as normal from tomorrow 09/10/2019. Thank you for your understanding. Everest 53 team". We were looking forward to eating there, having received a booking reminder on the day. Disappointed with the communication mix up, perhaps some other time.... This review site requires values in sections 1, 2, 3 and 4 above so I have put a neutral score in each as an attempt at fairness.

Great new place on Beaufort Street. The food is amazing with generous servings. Only issue is that the front area gets quite loud and they seem to try and seat everyone there first before filling the rest of the nicer areas of the restaurant. Probably to give the impression that they are busy as the front area is easily viewed from the footpath

The homemade dumplings were very nice, both fried and in soup. Butter chicken was also very good. Granted it was a Sat night and the restaurant was full, the food did take a while to come out. Waitress was very apologetic for the long wait so couldn't fault the friendly service.

The Momo dumplings were really something different and delicious. The entire Nepalese marinade lamb was another stand out dish and also the saag chicken (although this is leaning to Indian style dishes it was done very well).

We had an incredible dinner here. We ordered the lamb vindaloo, Everest chicken special curry, potato curry and momos. Everything was so tasty and Serving size is very generous. They do charge $2 for tap water. We walk past this place frequently and I'm so glad we finally checked it out. We'll be back for sure.
