Fatto is a great casual restaurant with good service and a lovely outlook over the Yarra. Staff were fabulous, and always on the ball. Will definitely be back!

I have been to Fatto many times before and have always been content with the food and service - however this time it was a real disappointment and I felt we were rushed through our meal, the food was just not good at all and when a side dish came out without shaved parmesan one of the girls on the floor just bought over a small plate of canned parmesan and said just sprinkle it on yourself! In additional the brocollini was raw and we hardly touched the dish! The staff seemed inexperienced and left without supervision - the front bar was very dirty and the staff didn't seem to care. Not coming back!

Food was excellent and service was good. But they forgot our desserts even though we had made a 'pre-theatre booking' and we had to rush dessert. A real shame and reason for one less star in service, since dessert was lovely.

A great place for a pre-theatre dinner. The service was professional. We were disappointed with our meals. A lasagna was dry and it’s pasta sheets were undercooked. The frangipane tart was dry. Neither was enjoyable to eat, nor value for their cost.

We had the pre-theatre set dinner. Entrees were good. The pasta for both of us was over cooked and stodgy, not al dente at all. And this is an Italian restaurant!

Pretheatre booking, set price limited menu which is what was expected but food did not arrive for 50 minutes leaving us rushed for theatre. Many around us with the same problem and really complaining

The chairs were too close blocking the aisle between my chair and the one behind. This caused annoyance for me and those trying to get through. Perhaps, too many tables packed in!

Have been to Fatto many times but Sunday lunch wasn’t one of the better experiences. Kitchen appeared very busy serving bar menu and therefore restaurant service was quite slow. Also double check your bill as we had a few extra items added that we didn’t order.
