    We had a wonderful night for one of our colleagues retirement. Service was excellent, and we all enjoy everything . Unfortunately place was not as busy as usual(well that was a good thing for us) because of what is going on in the world. Hope this place picks up quickly after this drama. Thanks again for the wonderful night.

    Service was attentive and selection of food was fantastic. The sushi was a little dry, as were the pork belly steamed buns, but otherwise excellent.

    Food was quite nice with a large variety. Desserts a little dissapointing. Atmosphere however not so great, it was busy & chaotic & we were pushed aside by other patrons that wanted to get access to the buffet before anyone else.

    I forgot the name of the waiter who assisted us with getting our complimentary tea and coffee.His an asset to the restaurant. The food was good but not great. The lady waitstaff who assist us didn’t mentioned the complimentary tea or coffee.I only knew it because I used to eat there before .

    Seafood was probably one of the best I had. Service was amazing. The waiters kept checking up on us, changed over plates, and consistently re filled dishes at the station. Honestly, a great experience.

    Wouldn’t recommend as food was bland and dry. Not much variety. Apricot cake and eggplant parmigiana was the only edible things. Not worth $50pp in my opinion.

    The food and ambience was really good. Staff were attentive and courteous. Nice place to head out for a Friday night buffet dinner. The price was good with the fork discount !

    After last week’s disappointing 8 pm dinner at the Fork ( understaffed & disorganised food replenishments ) — this time around , the restaurant met our expectations. There was enough staff - and very attentive , even though the place was booked out as we were told . The food was well prepared & presented , with new varieties of cocked balmain bugs and prawns with other shellfish . Very tasty . The steamed salmon was beautiful , perhaps an accompanying sauce of sorts would have been nice , like a béchamel . By itself a little dry . The cold seafood section was as good as always , sadly the black mussels had not been cleaned of the ‘ beards ‘ thoroughly, which was a waste of good food .

    Was a bit worried about previous reviews, but found our 6.30pm Thursday booking and in restaurant experience great. Attendants cleared our used plates regularly and replaced water upon request. The buffet selection met my expectations, not mind blowing, but certainly a good selection - mediumish oysters were good for a buffet and regularly replenished, the big tiger prawns were fabulous, bugs and claws were ok but a bit bland. Some build your own caesar type salad options and some dips and roast vegetables, all yum. Crumbed fish was good and filling, bulgogi was ok, but not great, build your own noodle soup was ok, but was tepid, but then later it was boiling. Pizza option was a bit boring looking so didn't try. Roast meats were pretty yum with gravy. Desserts were yum, especially self serve gelato/ice cream, red velvet cake. Was our first family seafood buffet and was excellent at half price adults but don't think I'd get $100 worth of food pp normally. The Fork 50% off only applies to adults, not kids so they are still $50pp. Sheraton is still grand for the 1990s and looking a bit dated but still in good shape. Overall was a lovely family experience, whether we got $50 worth of food each is unlikely especially for the kids and there's only so much food you can eat in a couple of hours, but certainly was a lovely night out for the family albeit a late one for a school night (only option on 50% promo).
